These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qkr888 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at qkr888.cam and all associated services, products, features, content and tools offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or using any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on qkr888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by the law applicable in your country or region of residence. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the minimum age requirement applicable to you.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. If Pakistani law restricts or prohibits your participation, you are not eligible to use the Services. qkr888 does not represent that use of its Services is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, either through qkr888 or through any other operator or regulatory scheme.
• Own funds: You must be betting and playing with funds that lawfully belong to you and that are not proceeds of criminal activity.

qkr888 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending verification. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

To access real-money Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Rule: Each person is permitted to hold only one registered Account. If you are found to hold multiple Accounts (whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods or device fingerprints), all Accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing withdrawals and in some cases at the Platform's discretion, Players will be required to complete KYC. For Pakistani players, acceptable documentation typically includes:

• A valid and unexpired Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or Pakistani Passport for identity and age verification;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days) where required;
• A selfie or liveness check as may be required by the verification workflow;

Do not send identity documents via email, social media, or any unsecured channel. qkr888 will never ask you to alter, obscure or falsify any document. Submission of falsified documents is fraud and may be reported to law enforcement.

qkr888 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account at any stage if satisfactory verification cannot be completed.

Subject to these Terms and your continued eligibility, qkr888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

In using the Platform, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction;
• Use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment;
• Keep your Account credentials confidential and notify qkr888 immediately of any suspected unauthorised access;
• Take full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Not use automated systems, bots, scripts or other software to interact with the Platform;
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with or adversely affects the Platform, its servers or other users' experience.

Access to the Platform is provided "as is". While qkr888 makes reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and functionality, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may result in temporary unavailability.

Deposits into your qkr888 Account must be made using payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Familiar payment methods in Pakistan include mobile wallets, bank transfers and fintech platforms such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These are named as familiar references only. None of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with qkr888 or with gambling activity. Whether a given method can be used for gambling transactions is subject to the provider's own terms of service, applicable regulations and the Platform's current cashier configuration.

• All funds deposited must be from accounts, wallets or cards held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing timelines and applicable fees are displayed in the cashier prior to confirmation. Review these carefully before proceeding.
• PKR account balances reflect real-money funds in Pakistani Rupees. Where currency conversion applies, prevailing rates at the time of transaction will be used.
• qkr888 is not responsible for delays, errors or charges imposed by payment providers, banking intermediaries or telecommunications networks.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are supported where shown in the cashier. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; ensure you send funds to the correct address.

Players may request withdrawal of cleared real-money funds from their Account Balance, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. No exceptions apply to this requirement.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active Bonus Funds with outstanding Wagering Requirements must be either satisfied or forfeited (by opting out of the bonus) before the underlying deposit amount can be withdrawn, subject to bonus-specific terms.
• Method Matching: Withdrawals will wherever possible be returned to the same payment method used for deposit, to comply with AML obligations.
• Minimums and Maximums: Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable maximum withdrawal limits are set out in the cashier and may vary by payment method.

qkr888 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC, AML checks or investigation of potential Terms violations. You will be informed of any hold and the reason where permitted.

qkr888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions and loyalty rewards ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while table games, live dealer titles and certain other categories may contribute less or not at all. Check the specific promotion terms.
• Minimum Odds: Sports betting bonus requirements may specify minimum qualifying odds (e.g., 1.50 decimal) for bets to count toward satisfaction of Wagering Requirements.
• Time Limits: Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Household / Device / IP: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, payment method and person.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit Promotions through coordinated betting, hedging, arbitrage, or other prohibited strategies will result in bonus cancellation and may result in Account suspension.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports markets on the Platform. Game-specific rules for cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and all other markets are published in the dedicated rules section of the Platform.

• Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until a valid bet ID is generated and displayed in your Account transaction history. Screen displays prior to confirmation do not constitute acceptance.
• Odds Changes: Odds fluctuate in real time. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager, not the odds visible at any earlier point in the selection process.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified threshold, or if the market is suspended due to a pricing error or extraordinary event. Voided bets are refunded at stake.
• Pricing Errors: In the event that a market is published with an obvious error (including but not limited to prices significantly inconsistent with true market value), qkr888 reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of settlement status.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per event, per day and per market may apply. These are set out in the relevant sports rules section.
• Cricket and PSL Markets: For Pakistan Super League, ICC tournaments and Pakistan domestic cricket markets, results are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant cricket board. Weather-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern rulings are covered in sport-specific rules.

qkr888 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. Players are encouraged to use the following tools, accessible from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a specified period. The Platform will halt activity once the limit is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. You will be notified when your session limit is approaching.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering, accessing or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction;
• Registering, accessing or using the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in game outcomes;
• Coordinating with other Players to manipulate betting markets or game outcomes;
• Engaging in arbitrage, matched betting or other strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms;
• Threatening, abusing or harassing qkr888 staff or other users;
• Circumventing any security, geo-restriction, or access-control mechanism implemented by the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• qkr888's Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• qkr888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• qkr888's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of the Player's Account Balance at the time the claim arose.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

qkr888 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local law.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the qkr888 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, data compilations and databases — is the property of qkr888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The licence granted to you under these Terms does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without express written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from Platform content;
• Use any qkr888 branding, trade marks or logos for any commercial purpose;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property may result in legal action.

By You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting qkr888 support. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. Closure requests will be processed subject to any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.

By qkr888: qkr888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest or criminal activity;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority;
• Where continued operation of the Account is deemed to be in the interest of responsible gambling;
• Where qkr888 ceases to offer Services in your jurisdiction.

Upon termination for breach, qkr888 may forfeit any Balance in the Account. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to breach (e.g., regulatory withdrawal from a market), real-money Balances will be returned subject to applicable legal requirements.

qkr888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, reasonable notice will be provided — typically by posting an updated version of the Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying Account holders via email or in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms is always available at qkr888.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qkr888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in your country of residence.

qkr888 is not licensed, regulated or endorsed by any Pakistani government authority, including the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. These Terms do not constitute a representation that the Services are lawful in Pakistan.
